Application
All applications should be printed by applicants/counselors, completed, and submitted as soon as possible. Baldwin High School@Shubert is a small program with limited enrollment numbers, so the earlier the application is received and processed, the more likely it will be that students get to enroll in their first choice CTE class.
Two distinct applications are provided below. The first pertains to the CTE-only half-day program, while the second is for the BHS@Shubert full-day program. Please consult with your school counselor to determine the appropriate application for your needs.
