Baldwin High School@Shubert 2024-2025 applications can be found above. All applications should be printed by applicants/counselors, completed, and submitted as soon as possible. Baldwin High School@Shubert is a small program with limited enrollment numbers, so the earlier the application is received and processed, the more likely it will be that students get to enroll in their first choice CTE class.

Applications should be mailed or scanned/emailed to Mr. Crea (creapa@baldwinschools.org).

Applications are now OPEN for the 2024-2025 school year and are due by Friday, October 11, 2024.

 

Two different applications are found above. The first is for the CTE-only half-day program and the second is for the BHS@Shubert full-day program. Please see your school counselor regarding the appropriate application.
