About BHS@Shubert
Baldwin High School@Shubert is a non-traditional high school program that offers students in grades 9-12 the opportunity to fulfill New York State graduation requirements by earning both academic and Career and Technical Education (CTE) credits. The program is made possible by the collaboration among Baldwin UFSD, Nassau BOCES, and Simon Youth Foundation. These educational organizations have unique perspectives on educational programs and are able to provide specialized resources for Baldwin High School@Shubert students to help them be successful.
Students benefit from small class sizes, dedicated and caring teachers, instructors, and support staff, rooms with equipment specifically for CTE classes, and work-based learning opportunities. These program aspects make Baldwin High School@Shubert a truly special learning environment.
